Facilities: The facility is an all-weather surface and runways. Spikes must be ¼ inch.
Dates: June 13-14, 2008
Sanction: Meet is sanctioned by Central California District of the AAU.
Entry Fees: $20.00 per athlete. This includes athletes on relays and alternates.
Late Fees: $20.00 ($40 total) per athlete after deadline.
Relay Fees: NONE
Eligibility: Open to any athlete or club/team who holds current AAU membership.
Register coaches, athletes with your local district or due it instantly on line at www.aausports.org .
The annual fee for individual membership is $12.00 per athlete and $14.00 per coach. Relay Teams
must have a current AAU club membership. You can get a club membership at www.aausports.org .
AAU: All athletes must be able to present their 2008 AAU membership cards at the time of check in or packet pick up.
All relay teams must present current 2008 AAU Club membership at check in or packet pick up.
Parking: No charge for parking. The 2008 Region 13A Track and Field Championships will be part of the Central California
AAU Summer Sports Festival. Parking will be on a first come first serve basis.
Medical: Trainer services will not be available. We will have the fire department personnel on site for emergencies.

Pick-up: Athletes bib numbers and other information will be available at the following times;
Friday, June 13th 2:00pm - 4:00pm, and then after the conclusion of Friday�s competition.

Fluids: No water will be provided to athletes, so please plan accordingly.
Weather: The average high temperature in Tulare during the month of June is in the high 90�s with low humidity.
Restroom
Facilities: Restroom facilities will be available at the venue.
Bib Numbers: Competitor bib numbers will be issued at athlete check in. All athletes are required to wear bib numbers on
the front of your competition singlet at all times.
Hip Numbers: Hip numbers will be issued at clerk of course and will be required for all running event competitors in their event.

Registration: Region 13A Track and Field Championships has On-Line
registration for the meet. You must also pay your
entry fees online as well, so you will need a credit card. Entries are not valid until payment is made. Go
to www.coacho.com and click on the calendar on the left. Registration for the meet will be available from
May 1, 2008 until June 12, 2008. After this date all entries will be consider late and late fees will apply.

NEW THIS
YEAR: Due to the overwhelming requests of trying to accommodate athletes, coaches and parents by allowing them
to change events the day before or the day of the event, has made this to difficult and time consuming. Therefore,
in order to eliminate this we will be charging $5.00 fee (cash) per change. WE ARE ENCOURAGING coaches
and parents look at the schedule of our meet and the national meet carefully before entering kids. We
decided on this policy as
opposed to the other policy of NO CHANGES.
All races will be seeded by time entered. All races will be seeded slowest to
fastest.
If
athletes no show for there races, their will be NO re-seeding at the start
line. (Meet Committee)
Athletes not checked into their field events by the time
the first official attempt of the event will scratched from the event.

accordance to JO Games Rule)
